Project background
The East China production base of a leading domestic new energy vehicle enterprise has extremely high requirements for environmental cleanliness, traffic efficiency and thermal insulation in its painting workshop and final assembly workshop. The painting workshop needs to isolate external dust and odors to avoid affecting the quality of car paint spraying; Due to the high-frequency transportation of parts, the final assembly workshop needs to open and close the door body quickly to reduce air convection inside and outside the workshop, and at the same time ensure the barrier-free passage of AGV intelligent transport vehicles.

For the cleaning needs of the painting workshop, Ambison adopts a door body structure filled with double-layer aluminum alloy curtains + high-density polyurethane foam, with four-sided airtight sealing components, to achieve a dust barrier rate of more than 99%. At the same time, it is equipped with a turbo transmission system to ensure that the door body opens and closes quickly and smoothly, and the operating noise is controlled at a low level to avoid interfering with the operation of precision equipment in the workshop. In response to the high-frequency traffic needs of the final assembly workshop, the door body is intelligently linked with the AGV system in the factory area to realize the automatic opening of the door by vehicle induction and the rapid closure after passing.
Project results
A total of 52 turbine hard fast doors were landed in the project, and the cleanliness of the painting workshop reached the production standard after it was put into use, and the defective rate of paint was reduced by 18%; The transportation efficiency of parts in the final assembly workshop has been increased by 30%, and the convection of hot and cold air reduced by the rapid opening and closing of the door body has helped the workshop save more than 1.2 million yuan in air conditioning energy consumption per year, and has achieved excellent performance of zero safety accidents since it was put into production.
