A national cold chain logistics enterprise in Jiangsu's regional distribution center has multiple functional areas such as low-temperature storage area, frozen sorting area, and room temperature loading and unloading area, which needs to solve the problems of thermal insulation, fast passage, dust and insect prevention in different areas. Among them, the low-temperature storage area requires the door body to have super thermal insulation performance to prevent the loss of cold capacity; The sorting area needs to be opened and closed frequently to ensure the flow of goods, and at the same time isolate mosquitoes and dust from the outside world.

Ambison provides it with a customized combination of insulation lift door + PVC fast door: install insulation lift door at the entrance and exit of the low-temperature storage area, and the door panel adopts a reinforced structure of high-density polyurethane foam layer + sealant strip to achieve efficient cold insulation and reduce cold storage cooling loss; PVC fast doors are equipped in the sorting area and loading and unloading area channels, and the door curtains are made of wear-resistant and cold-resistant special PVC materials, with radar sensing systems to realize the contactless and fast passage of cargo vehicles, and the door sealing structure can effectively block mosquitoes and dust to ensure a clean sorting environment. In addition, all doors are connected to the park's intelligent management system, supporting remote monitoring and fault warning.

Project results

A total of 38 insulation lifting doors and 65 PVC fast doors were deployed in the project, and the cooling loss of the low-temperature storage area was reduced by 40% compared with the traditional door body after being put into use, saving more than 800,000 yuan in annual cooling costs.
