Project background
The aseptic preparation workshop and raw material storage area of a biomedical industrial park have strict requirements for the cleanliness, tightness and intelligent linkage of the door body. The aseptic preparation workshop needs to maintain a constant cleanliness level to prevent external pollutants from entering; Due to the frequent entry and exit of goods in and out of the raw material storage area, the door body needs to have the characteristics of fast passage and space saving, and at the same time adapt to the special site conditions of the storage area.

Ambison has created a professional solution for aluminum fast doors + strap stacking doors: install aluminum fast doors at the entrance and exit of the aseptic preparation workshop, and the door body is made of lightweight aluminum alloy + the precision structure of sealing brushes, which can effectively block external particles, maintain the ISO level 7 cleanliness standard of the workshop, and at the same time, the door body runs smoothly and is dust-free, suitable for aseptic production environment; The door curtain is made of dust-proof and wear-resistant special materials, and the door panel is stacked vertically when opened to maximize the space above the door opening, and the strap transmission structure ensures the stable operation of the door body to meet the high-frequency traffic needs of the storage area.
